This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to simplify system piping integration. The unit includes a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller and shaft constructed from stainless steel, which also forms the casing and face plate. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle operating temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without additional external strapping, and the casing structure manages fluid flow while reducing mechanical strain on the system.
The unit has a 1/3 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V and 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
