This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned within a cast iron casing to minimize piping strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel shaft. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without additional supports, while integrated pressure tappings permit direct differential readings. The rigid construction meets Hydraulic Institute standards for pressure ratings.
The system uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, combined with a VFD compatible with 208-240V, 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
