This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned in the casing to minimize system piping strain. The assembly includes 304 stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft, along with a bronze wear ring. It uses a ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal with EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit operates with a nominal impeller diameter of 6.15" and conforms to NSF 61 standards. The self-supporting design allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without additional external support, while integrated pressure tappings facilitate routine differential readings.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor capable of operating on a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, also usable at 208V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
