This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations while the system piping supports the unit. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction to meet NSF-61 requirements, combined with a cast iron bracket for structural rigidity. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This assembly handles fluid temperatures reaching 250°F and conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor with a TEFC enclosure, paired with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
