This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing uses cast iron, paired with a stainless steel impeller, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components, with a temperature rating of 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration supports either horizontal or vertical installation and includes companion flanges for integration into existing system piping.
The unit has a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 208-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
