This close-coupled in-line pump includes a casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft constructed from stainless steel, paired with a cast iron bracket. The unit has 2-inch suction and discharge ports, which allow for an in-line flow configuration that reduces piping strain. The assembly operates at temperatures up to 250°F and uses a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter for hydraulic movement. Inside the fluid chamber, the mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting design allows for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external strapping. The structure meets Hydraulic Institute standards and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
