This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron paired with a stainless steel face plate. Built for fluid handling, the hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components to operate at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping runs without external strapping. The casing structure includes integrated pressure tappings to allow for differential pressure readings during operation.
The unit has a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
