This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned in a configuration that maintains fluid flow. The unit uses a 7.9" stainless steel impeller, while the pump casing and bracket use cast iron construction. It includes a bronze face plate and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, which supports operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing contains integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is built to Hydraulic Institute standards for pressure integrity. Because of its self-supporting in-line construction, the pump can be installed in vertical or horizontal piping orientations without additional structural support.
The unit includes a 3 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
