This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow. The pump casing and bracket use cast iron, while the impeller and shaft have stainless steel construction. It has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and is rated for operation up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. This unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external support, as it is supported by the system piping. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings, which allow for accurate system differential readings.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM, housed in a TEFC enclosure with a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
