This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow and reduced piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75" nominal stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly with a stainless steel face plate, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. The unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without additional strapping, conforming to Hydraulic Institute standards for systems rated for 175 PSI maximum operating pressure.
The pump includes a 1 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, operated by 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
