This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, supporting a nominal impeller diameter of 6.35". The assembly uses a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic construction integrates pressure tappings for differential readings and handles temperatures up to 250°F. The unit comes equipped with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external strapping, and the casing connects directly to system piping with standard companion flanges.
The system uses a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
