This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow. It uses a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. This configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic assembly meets NSF-61 requirements and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The casing structure withstands operating pressures of 175 PSI, while the design promotes smooth fluid movement to reduce strain on system piping.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor in an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V/60Hz/1PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
