This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a 6.15" nominal impeller constructed from stainless steel, paired with a cast iron casing and bracket. A bronze face plate is included within the assembly, which is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. Built with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, the unit conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
