This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller is stainless steel and the face plate uses bronze. It includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing structure includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The self-supporting housing allows for either vertical or horizontal installation within existing piping.
This unit fits a 56C face frame and runs at 3450 RPM. As the pump is supplied less motor, the installation requires a compatible unit to meet specific HP, voltage, and phase power supply needs. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
