This in-line circulator has 2-1/2" suction and discharge connections paired with a 4.30" nominal diameter impeller. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron. This configuration meets NSF-61 standards for potable water service. A replaceable cartridge bearing assembly isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standard mechanical seal consists of a carbon rotor and ceramic seat with EPT rubber. To manage angular and parallel misalignment, the motor connection uses a rugged flexible rubber drive coupling.
The motor is 1/4 HP operating at 1750 RPM with an open-drip proof (ODP) enclosure, powered by a 115V, 1PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
