This close-coupled in-line pump has an aligned suction and discharge port configuration, each measuring 1 1/2". The pump casing and bracket use cast iron construction, combined with a 4.75" diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. Fluid containment is managed by a mechanical seal assembly equipped with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures reaching 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and is built to sustain pressures up to 175 PSI. Because of its self-supporting in-line structure, the unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping orientations without external strapping.
This unit has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor compatible with 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
