This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2" suction and 2" discharge ports to assist with fluid flow and minimize pipe stress. The unit includes a 7.9" nominal impeller. Stainless steel construction defines the casing and impeller, while the assembly includes a cast iron bracket for mounting stability and a bronze wear ring for internal tolerance control. The sealing system consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for a maximum temperature of 250°F. This configuration allows for both vertical and horizontal installation, suitable for standard hydronic system layouts where space constraints are a factor.
The pump has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 208-230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
