This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and a bronze face plate. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and supports horizontal or vertical installation. This self-supporting unit built with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter has a PEI rating of 0.85000.
The pump uses a 56C face frame to accommodate a motor with an operating speed of 1750 RPM and standard voltage and phase power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
