This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2" suction and 2" discharge ports to reduce piping strain. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. It includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal assembly. The 7.9" nominal diameter impeller operates within a system rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and includes pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, this self-supporting pump allows direct mounting into the piping circuit.
The system uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, paired with a 380-480V, 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
