This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to facilitate smooth fluid flow. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller, and a bronze face plate. Equipped with a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller, the unit includes pressure tappings for differential readings. It is rated for temperatures up to 250°F and is installed with companion flanges. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, this configuration allows for vertical or horizontal mounting while remaining self-supported by the system piping. The shaft seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, establishing a reliable interface for pressurized fluid handling.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
