This in-line circulator has 2-1/2" suction and discharge connections combined with a cast iron casing and bracket. The hydraulic assembly includes a 4.30" nominal diameter impeller and shaft both using stainless steel construction. A replaceable cartridge bearing assembly isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the mechanical seal consists of a Sealide-C silicon carbide stationary seat and carbon rotating element paired with Viton elastomers rated for 250°F. This configuration is suitable for heated or chilled water circulation and primary-secondary loops. A rugged flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor to the assembly to absorb angular and parallel misalignment.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and 115V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
