This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 1.5" suction and discharge ports. The cast iron casing and bracket house the rotating assembly, which includes a 4.75" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. It uses a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, suitable for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping. This self-supporting construction meets Hydraulic Institute standards, while the design allows for a smooth fluid flow that reduces mechanical strain on the system piping.
The unit includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency TEFC motor connected to a 115/208-230V/60Hz/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
