This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly features a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and casing constructed from stainless steel, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The hydraulic section uses a seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to accommodate fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing supports horizontal or vertical mounting without external supports. The unit has pressure tappings for differential readings and conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity within its 175 PSI rating.
The unit has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with premium efficiency configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
