This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the 7.9-inch diameter impeller consists of stainless steel paired with a bronze face plate. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit is equipped with a ceramic seat and carbon rotor seal assembly with EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external strapping. With integrated pressure tappings, the assembly is constructed for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 3 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 208-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
