This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller housed within a stainless steel casing, which works in conjunction with a stainless steel impeller, face plate, and shaft for corrosion resistance. A cast iron bracket supports the stainless steel face plate to maintain structural integrity during operation. Hydraulic performance is managed by a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing the unit to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration supports vertical or horizontal installation and meets NSF-61 standards for fluid transport, while the casing structure remains rated for maximum operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 5 HP, 3450 RPM ODP motor paired with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
