This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping strain. The assembly is built with a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft to meet NSF-61 standards, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. Inside, a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter handles hydraulic requirements, while the seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI, and this self-supporting unit can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor powered by a 208-230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
