This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. It uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. This construction accommodates liquid temperatures up to 250°F. The hydraulic section includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The configuration allows for both horizontal and vertical installation, as the unit remains supported by the system piping. This in-line orientation minimizes strain on connected pipework during operation.
The unit includes a 3 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
