This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid movement and reduced piping strain. It includes a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller combined with a stainless steel casing for durability. A cast iron bracket supports the motor, while a bronze wear ring assists in managing hydraulic clearances. The mechanical seal assembly has a ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber, allowing operation in fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is self-supporting, allowing for either horizontal or vertical installation directly in the system piping.
The pump runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed within a TEFC enclosure, compatible with 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
