This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line design with aligned 1.5" suction and discharge ports to minimize system piping strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a dynamically balanced 4.75" stainless steel impeller and a matching stainless steel casing. A cast iron bracket supports the internal components, while a bronze wear ring maintains tight tolerances. The sealing system consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit permits horizontal or vertical installation. The casing structure includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings, built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards.
The pump interface accepts a 56C face motor, excluding the motor and variable frequency drive from this assembly. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
