This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit has 2-inch suction and discharge ports aligned in an in-line configuration to maintain system flow. A mechanical seal with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomer handles fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The 7.9-inch diameter impeller is dynamically balanced and works with the cast iron structure to meet a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. This pump is self-supporting, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation within the piping layout.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
