This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping strain. The assembly is built with a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller, and a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze face plate. Internal components include a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for differential readings and is built for 56C face mount motors. This self-supporting configuration permits vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing, relying on the system piping for structural stability.
The unit uses a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
