This in-line circulator has a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft. These components are supported by a cast iron bracket. For handling fluid temperatures up to 300°F, the pump uses a Sealide-C silicon carbide stationary seat paired with a carbon rotating element and Viton elastomers. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller and 3" suction and discharge connections. A cartridge bearing design isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures, while a flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor to the pump to handle misalignment.
The 1 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM and has an open drip-proof (ODP) enclosure powered by 115/230V, 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
