This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the impeller and shaft are built with stainless steel. It includes a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and is rated for temperatures up to 300°F. The internal seal uses a Silicon Carbide stationary seat paired with a carbon rotating element and Viton elastomers. This configuration can be installed horizontally or vertically without external strapping, and it is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards with a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor is a 2 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC unit for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
