This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned for installation. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket includes a cast iron frame with a stainless steel face plate. Inside, a 4.75" impeller operates with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This unit handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F and can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The in-line configuration relies on system piping for support, reducing space requirements. The structure is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, allowing for reliable operation in diverse hydronic applications.
The motor is a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit paired with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
