This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate, while the mounting bracket consists of cast iron. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber, allowing for a maximum fluid temperature of 250°F. This configuration can be installed in vertical or horizontal orientations and maintains system integrity with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The casing structure is built to withstand an operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor includes 5 HP at 3450 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for 230/460V 3PH power with usage capability at 208V, paired with a VFD for 208-240V 3PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
