This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic assembly includes a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The sealing system consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting, in-line configuration permits horizontal or vertical installation. The sturdy structure includes pressure tappings for differential readings and comes with companion flanges for integration into existing systems.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
