This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow. The pump casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. This configuration accommodates a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat paired with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. This self-supporting unit permits installation in horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external strapping, simplifying placement within mechanical piping layouts. Its sturdy structure manages internal system pressures while the hydraulic assembly maintains consistent performance.
The unit includes a 2 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
