This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a dynamically balanced 7.9" nominal stainless steel impeller and shaft. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes a Sealide C mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomer, permitting operation at temperatures up to 300°F. The self-supporting, in-line configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing, with integrated pressure tappings included for differential readings across the hydraulic assembly.
The pump has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
