This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge ports to maintain steady fluid flow. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F, while the mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. A 6.15-inch nominal diameter impeller sits within this assembly, which supports horizontal or vertical installation. The unit is self-supporting within the system piping and adheres to Hydraulic Institute standards.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor connected to a 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power source. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
