This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, paired with a 6.15-inch stainless steel impeller. Built for operating temperatures up to 250°F, the unit includes a mechanical seal comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping.
The unit uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, operated via 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
