This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing and bracket, while the bronze face plate acts as a structural component. Built for temperatures up to 250°F, the unit uses a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing and meets Hydraulic Institute standards for a 175 PSI maximum operating pressure.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP unit operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by a 208-230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
