This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. The 7.9" nominal diameter impeller operates at temperatures up to 250°F. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber gaskets manages fluid containment. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings within the hydronic circuit.
The pump includes a 3 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply, combined with a VFD for 208-240V 1PH input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
