This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The unit uses a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural support. It has a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump handles operating temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting construction allows for vertical or horizontal installation directly within the piping system, which helps reduce external strain. The hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and conforms to Hydraulic Institute standards.
The assembly has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
