This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket. The 7.9-inch diameter impeller resides within the stainless steel casing, which handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber form the mechanical seal assembly. The in-line configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation while remaining self-supported by the system piping. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the unit includes a sturdy structure for liquid management.
The pump has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply, which is also usable at 208V. This unit includes an integrated 380-480V 3PH VFD to modulate flow requirements. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
