This close-coupled in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, forming a rigid hydraulic assembly. With 2" suction and discharge ports and a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter, the unit supports in-line piping and allows for horizontal or vertical installation. The shaft seal includes a silicon carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element with Viton elastomers, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure has a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration facilitates smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping.
The unit has a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP motor configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
