This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain fluid flow and reduce piping strain. It includes a 4.75" stainless steel impeller paired with a stainless steel casing, face plate, and shaft. A cast iron bracket supports the assembly, while the seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built to handle temperatures up to 250°F, the pump uses a self-supporting in-line configuration that allows for vertical or horizontal installation. The unit includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and follows Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity within system piping.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply, combined with a 208-240V, 3PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
