This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a 6.35-inch stainless steel impeller and shaft. The internal hydraulic assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The shaft seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation without external bracing, while meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity at pressures up to 175 PSI.
The unit operates with a 0.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
