This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to support fluid flow within the piping. The construction uses a 6.35" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller paired with a cast iron casing, a cast iron bracket, and a bronze face plate. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI. As a self-supporting unit, the pump can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping orientations without external strapping. The assembly includes integrated pressure tappings to allow for differential readings during operation.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor, configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
