This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned within the casing to maintain smooth fluid flow and minimize pipe strain. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller supported by a cast iron casing and bracket, combined with a bronze face plate. Its construction accommodates system fluids up to 250°F, using a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal assembly to manage internal pressure. This configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, allowing for a self-supporting setup within the system piping. The assembly is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity in commercial HVAC applications.
The pump operates with a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V 3PH power, with voltage flexibility allowing operation at 208V. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
