This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for reduced system piping strain. The assembly includes a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and bronze face plate. A ceramic seat and carbon rotor with EPT rubber gaskets manage the shaft sealing. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the sturdy casing structure has a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and maintains performance at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The configuration is self-supporting, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
